Services Fee Schedule
TRAINING PROGRAMS: All training programs operate Wednesday through Sunday. Standing appointment times will be asked to flex to accommodate show team dates.
Pre-riding preparation program: This program is intended for yearlings thru coming three years of age. Training goals include foundational development for future show ring hunters and jumpers with a goal of participation hunter breeding classes. 3 to 4 sessions per week at trainers discretion based on the horse’s energy and mental training tolerance. $450 per month.
Young Horse Riding Program: This program is intended for 3 – 4 year old future show horses that are ready to start. Pre-requisites to program participation include demonstration of basic handling, lunging and daily activity skills. This is a crucial point in a young horse’s development and minimum program participation is 60 days. At the trainers discretion, this program may be continued up to 120 days based on progress in consultation with the owner. 3 to 5 sessions per week at trainers discretion based on horse’s response and tolerance to early riding. $700 per month.
Riding Program: This program is intended for horses that have basic training skills established with owner/ riders that do not intend to show.
Full training: Four sessions per week either lessons/ or trainer rides. $500 per month
Half training: two sessions per week either lessons/ or trainer rides. $300 per month
Show Team Program: This is a priority program intended for approved horses of the show team. This includes sessions 4 times per week, including show support for shows listed on the BLTS schedule. $600 per month. Half time show horses will be approved on a case by case basis. (Please see note below regarding show expenses)
Individual Lessons: $65.
Turn out services are included with any full training package frequency subject to availability and Creek Hollow Ranch policy.
Basic groom services for pre arranged trainer rides are included. Lesson sessions or combination sessions are self groom and after ride care.
SHOW EXPENSES: Showing is a time and energy intensive endeavor. As such, additional expenses will be incurred. These vary somewhat by show, distance, etc. Examples of these expenses include, but are not limited to: braiding, grooming, stall care, show barn set up and removal, trainers travel expenses. BLTS makes every effort to be transparent with these expenses and will offer estimates to clients prior to showing entry dates.
Prices listed above do not include stabling. Stabling can be arranged directly Creek Hollow Ranch.
BLTS does not offer blanketing services or feeding services. These services are offered by Creek Hollow Ranch.
Show support priority is given to BLTS clients attending shows from the show schedule. Outside clients and BLTS clients attending non show schedule shows interested in show support may contact Buffy directly to make special arrangements.
